Justin Fahringer is a pragmatic attorney with extensive litigation experience. Justin is committed to providing his clients with the highest level of legal representation that is tailored to their specific circumstances.
Justin graduated from Stetson College of Law and their Trial Team in 2010. Justin began his legal career as special counsel to Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees enforcing consumer protection statutes in adversary proceedings. After learning federal court procedures, Justin moved to the 13th Jud. Cir. Public Defender’s Office, where he first chaired over fifty (50) felony trials to verdict. After completing his public service, Justin worked with various insurance defense firms learning how the industry works and how to incorporate those lessons to the benefit of each client.
